Hansup KwonPresident and CEODr. Hansup Kwon founded Tranax as Cross International Technologies in 1986. His vision has lead Tranax's phenomenal growth and he will continue to survey new opportunities to help grow the banking systems category and to provide easier, cost-effective solutions that benefit the ultimate customer and the company's customer. Dr. Kwon holds a Ph.D. and MSEE in electrical and computer engineering from The University of Michigan. Dr. Kwon is an industry veteran with over 20 years of technology and computer systems experience. He was the former vice president of marketing at Everex, where he was responsible for the overall growth of channel sales and presence. Prior to Everex, he was director of engineering at Unisys Corporation, responsible for computer systems development. |

Bill DunnVice President of SalesBill Dunn is the VP of Sales for Tranax Technologies, responsible for Distributor sales throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Dunn brings over 13 years of ATM industry experience to Tranax. Prior to joining Tranax, Mr. Dunn was the Director of Sales at Wincor Nixdorf, responsible for all U.S. sales to both the banking and distributor markets. Heemook KwonVice President of Corporate DevelopmentHeemook Kwon is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Tranax Technologies and is responsible for driving Tranax's new business as well as its marketing and branding efforts. Mrs. Kwon brings marketing skills as well as technical experience to Tranax. Prior to joining Tranax, Mrs. Kwon was a software engineer in the Aerospace Industry working for big names such as Bendix Aerospace, Nichol's Research and Sterling Software. Mrs. Kwon participated in the initial start-up of Tranax and joined Tranax full-time in 1999. Mrs. Kwon holds a BS in Computer Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. |

Dominic DiBlasioVice President of Financial Product GroupWith over 18 years of experience of selling service and technology solutions to the banking industry, Dominic DiBlasio is responsible for all sales and sales management functions to the banking industry as Director of Sales. Prior to joining Tranax, Mr. DiBlasio has held a number of sales management positions with various companies including Diebold. Most recently, he was a Director of Sales for Transoft International. Prior to Transoft, Mr. DiBlasio was the Vice President of Sales at Mas-Hamilton where he helped introduce the Cencon access control locking system to the ATM market. Mr. DiBlasio is a graduate of Hickok Institute for Electronic Technology. |

Jeffrey LeeVice President of Product Management & MarketingJLee is the Vice President of Product Management & Marketing. He is responsible for defining new opportunities that will shape Tranax's product roadmap for both the Retail ATM and Self-service Terminal market. Prior to joining Tranax, Mr. Lee held a number of management positions in business development and marketing in the high-tech industry, including IBM, First International Computer and most recently with VIA Technologies. Mr. Lee holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from The University of California, Berkeley. |
