Self-Service Distribution Partner

Expanding on our off-premise and banking offerings, Tranax has created a range of self-service terminal products and solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of a broad array of vertical markets. Through our Self-Service Terminal Distribution Partner (SDP) Program, a select group of qualified channel partners are able to offer a series of products, solutions and services delivering truly self-service, value-added applications.

	A Custom Program Tranax has created a distribution program which meets the specific needs of a new product line. The SDP Program has been designed around a solutions oriented product set created to offer entry to a range of new and existing markets, delivering new revenue streams to our SDPs. The program delivers a range of services, from support to logistics, to production to marketing, tailored to meet the specific needs of the self-service products and solutions. Through this program, Tranax has created the necessary tools and knowledge base to support the sales and marketing efforts of our new SDPs.
	Product Support & Services Our factory-trained service team provides both comprehensive technical support and training. In addition, Tranax offers our Extend Warranty program and WebRMS to our SDPs and their authorized service providers (ASPs). Extend provides inexpensive investment protection for up to five years. WebRMS is the most comprehensive web-based ATM monitoring and management tool available. It enables customers to save time and cut service costs through instant alerts, online journal access, and remote initialization. These programs can be combined with the service provider's labor to provide a comprehensive warranty maintenance package.
	Co-op Funds and Marketing Support Tranax has created specific Co-op and marketing programs to support the efforts of our SDPs. Designed to ensure the promotion of brand awareness of all SSP products and solutions across a broad range of channels, Co-op funds can be used for a range of different programs - advertisements, tradeshows, promotional items, brochures, training, and more. Ultimately the program has a single purpose in mind: increase our channel partner’s business and our business. The amount available to SDPs is based on the dollar amount each SDP spends on Tranax SSP equipment.
